The University of Maryland Extension and the Southern Maryland Agricultural Development Commission (SMADC) will host a workshop for those engaged in, or interested in, aquaculture at the SMECO auditorium, 15035 Burnt Store Road, Hughesville, MD 20637.  

Topics for the workshop include lease availability, ground management, harvest regulations; information on the Remote Setting Training Program with results of 2011 plans, plus rules and scheduling for 2012 finance programs, marketing and more.

Workshop fee of $10 includes lunch; RSVP is requested by April 4 for lunch.
