 ber\, fuel—while providing the environmental benefits of a forest ecosys
 tem—cooling air\, building soil\, cleaning water\, and supporting wildli
 fe. Join Lincoln Smith of Forested to learn more about growing a forest ga
 rden\, and gain hands-on experience planting a forest garden bed. This wor
 kshop will address agriculture and the problem of feeding the world\, prin
 ciples of forest and production ecologies\, and practical forest garden de
 sign and implementation. Following a break for lunch\, participants will h
 ave the opportunity to expand a forest garden bed in the Accokeek Foundati
 on’s Museum Garden.\n\nPre-registration required. Refreshments will be p
