Lodging at National Conference Center

Your registration to attend the Future Harvest CASA Annual Conference should be booked through this website - either online or using the pdf registration form that you can print out and mail with a check. However, if you wish to stay overnight at the National Conference Center, you must reserve your room online directly through the National Conference Center reservations system. You will be required to provide a credit card to reserve your room, but you may cancel up to January 6 without penalty. Cancellations received on or after January 7, or no-shows, will result in the credit card being charged for the full stay. 

The National Conference Center offers comfortable, cozy guest rooms, equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a top-flight training facility. All rooms have private bathrooms, high-speed Internet access, and flat-screen cable TVs ready to accommodate portable entertainment devices. Double Rooms are compact, with one double bed. Our conference rate for single occupany in a Double Room is $99 per person. Two people sharing a Double Room (which requires sharing a bed) each pay $55.

Guest Suites include a sitting area with a fold-out double bed, in addition to the standard double bed. There is one bathroom. The bedroom and sitting area are connected with no door separating them.

Parlor Suites include a door between the sitting area with fold-out double bed, and the bedroom. There is one bathroom. There are TVs in each of the rooms and each room has a separate hallway entrance.

Suites may be booked by two to four people. The first two adults sharing either type of Suite each pay $75. The third and fourth adults (13 and over) pay $59 per person. Children ages 6-12 pay $35 each; children under 6 stay free. Do not include children under 13 in your guest count when making your reservation; indicate their names and ages in the "Additional Information" box.

Andrea will add your email address to an Interest Group where you can communicate with other conference attendees to set-up car pools to Lansdowne, and/or to find someone to share a room with if you are attending both days of the conference.

There are several moderately priced chain hotels, as well as quaint bed-and-breakfasts in Leesburg and the surrounding area. Check the Town of Leesburg website for links.
